Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)	1. 3+ years of SAP RAR (revenue accounting and reporting) experience specializing in design, configuration and RAR integration with FI, SD and/or BRIM. 2. Two full life cycle implementation experience with SAP RAR module including RAR migration experience. 3. Detail understanding of order-to-cash process, SD/FICO modules integration, BRIM process, IFRS 16, COPA and Revenue Recognition process 4. Knowledge of BRF+ is highly desired 5. Experience in solution design and configuration of business processes within RAR, SD and FI/CO.
Good-to-Have	1. Has demonstrated project leadership skills by coordinating cross functional teams and focused on delivering detail designs to align with industry best practices 2. Prior experience in high tech or software industries with good understanding of accounting concepts 3. Require strong verbal and written communication skills including business and functional requirements, management level presentations and proposals presentation 4. Experience in S/4 HANA is preferred. 5. Candidates with Bachelors in Finance/ CPA / CPA equivalent preferred

1	Work in a highly integrated, cross-functional environment, leading and supporting various projects
2	Perform detailed system analysis, develop functional and technical specifications, and make recommendations for Retail based applications.
3	Work closely with Point Of Sales (POS), Data Warehouse, ABAP, Basis and other teams in design and implementation of SAP Retail functionalities to support Retail businesses
4	Work closely with key business users in developing detailed requirements and coming up with conceptual design of proposed solutions.
5	Perform system configuration, modification and set-up for new projects, and enhancements to existing projects
