Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)	1. Excellent understanding of FI/MM integration in the area of inventory management, account determination, Goods receipt, Goods Issue and LIV processes. 2. Good understanding of EDI/IDocs, process codes, partner profiles 3. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to multi-task, are essential 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, inter-personal and organizational skills are essential 5. Experienced in writing detailed functional specifications, prepare test scenarios, write test scripts and perform end-to-end testing.
Good-to-Have	1. Experience in the retail industry is preferred. 2. 3 full lifecycles of large-scale SAP Retail implementations and have an in-depth understanding of SAP integration 3. Capable of understanding complex business processes and requirements, and transforming them into simple solutions in SAP 4. Capable of working directly with technical teams such as ABAP and Basis and be able to define technical requirements for those teams.

1	Work in a highly integrated, cross-functional environment, leading and supporting various projects
2	Perform detailed system analysis, develop functional and technical specifications, and make recommendations for Retail based applications.
3	Work closely with Point Of Sales (POS), Data Warehouse, ABAP, Basis and other teams in design and implementation of SAP Retail functionalities to support Retail businesses
4	Work closely with key business users in developing detailed requirements and coming up with the conceptual design of proposed solutions.
5	Perform system configuration, modification and set-up for new projects, and enhancements to existing projects
